I had so much fun serving chips and salsa at our Taylor Spirit Night!! We had about 11 students just from our class!! Wonderful turn out! Thank you so much to everyone that was able to come out and support our school!

College Week
The kids had so much fun dressing up for college week! We learned how imporant it is to stay in school and work hard to acheive your goals. No matter what you want to do when you grow up, it's always important to try your best!

All About Me!
Hi! My name is Stacey Hooker. I grew up in Denton, TX and graduated from Stephen F. Austin in December 2007. I was offered this Kindergarten postition the day after I graduated and started right after the holiday break. I fell in love with Kindergarten the day I stepped foot in the classroom, even though it was the middle of the year. This is now my eighth year teaching Kindergarten here at Taylor. I am eager to learn from your child as well as build upon their knowledge they have thus far.
I married the love of my life, Travis, in March of 2010. He is a coach and teacher at Fowler Middle School. We had our first child on December 17, 2012. Her name is Karlee and she is the light of our lives. I never thought being a parent would be as rewarding as it is. Not a day goes by that she doesn't put a smile on our faces.
My favorite things to do are spending time with my family, shopping with my mom, and hanging out with my friends.
I am so excited to begin my seventh year teaching your child. It is going to be a wonderful experience and I can't wait to watch them grow!
